Las Vegas Engagement Photographer {Jackie+Jason}

I am so grateful that this session turned out as amazing as is did since I made Jackie and Jason wait soooooo long to make this themed Mt. Charleston engagement photoshoot happen! But scheduling outdoor photoshoots are always ‘weather permitting’ and we needed some green to grow back to really pull off the look we were aiming for. When Jackie originally booked her wedding I came to find out that she is an elementary school teacher and immediately the wheels started turning. As you can probably tell from my portfolio – I love adding props to my sessions! However, over the years I have learned that there is definitely an art to doing so. If props are just thrown into a session for the sake of ‘doing something you saw on Pinterest’ it usually results in an epic FAIL. But Jackie and Jason were all about doing something fun and different so it totally worked out! I can’t wait for this lovely couple’s wedding at the Springs Preserve next month :)) A special THANKS to Nostalgia Resources for gathering the additional props and Cassie Alvord for Jackie’s beautiful hair and makeup.
