I love when I walk into a wedding and already feel like family. Years ago I had the privilege of taking the Salame’s (the bride’s family) portraits, then last year I received the call from Sara “I’m finally engaged!” Follow that with an amazing engagement session and through all the chats and emails in between, I have grown to absolutely adore this couple! Sara and Keaton are a couple of the most genuine people I’ve ever met and I can say the same for their friends and family too. Everything was perfect about this day. The clouds rolled in, without raining, bringing cooler temps and beautiful light throughout the day. Of course, having Rissa and Francesca with Scheme Events running the show makes everything a lot more fun and beautiful! One of my two most favorite moments was when Sara saw herself in her wedding dress, all done up, for the first time. She was so overwhelmed that she cried. It was so beautiful… she looked absolutely lovely… I cried too! It’s easy to see why Keaton is so in love with her. Not only is Sara warm, kindhearted and beautiful, but she’s wicked smart too! My other most favorite moment was watching Keaton hit the dance floor (perhaps with a little help from the good old faithful ‘liquid courage’ ;). I have to admit, I had basically wrapped Keaton up in a refined, neat little package. But let me tell you, Keaton celebrated his wedding day like a rockstar — in great taste as always! I think its safe to say, this couple has a beautiful and ‘entertaining’ life a head of them.
Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Frerker once again!
Enjoy!
