Had such an amazing time photographing and stylizing Annelise’s High School Senior Portraits. As an upcoming 2014 graduate of Palo Verde, Annelise has been significantly impacted by the theatre. When she told me how much she loves Gretta Garbo, I knew we had one amazing session ahead of us! Lucky for me, Annelise already had the wardrobe for this look so I’ll I needed to do was pick the location and book a hair-makeup stylist. Location was a given. Nelson’s Landing is one of my favorite places to photograph and happened to also be the ideal location for this vintage shoot. I also encouraged Meridith, her mom to join in the fun and take a few shots with her daughter too, which probably gave me one of my favorite mother daughter images of all time. These ladies were not only so fun to work with but both proved to be beautiful women both inside and out. Thank you to Samantha and Kristina of Stevee Danielle’s for the amazing work you did on her hair and make up.
